Paneer Capsicum Chapathi Roll Recipe:

Paneer is a very popular fresh cheese in India. It is also very easy to prepare Paneer.

There are lots of Paneer dishes that goes well with Chapathi or Indian flat bread. This is one among them and an easy one! I have made use of Green and Red Capsicum/Bell pepper here, however you can chose among any of the Capsicum Species(Red,green, yellow etc).

You can have this for breakfast, or it also makes a quick lunch box. My mom usually used to make this kind of Chapathi rolls when she had less time to prepare my lunch box. I have made a slightly different version than my mom’s :D. You can easily double the recipe according to your needs. 🙂
